Beautobe is committed to providing a seamless shopping experience and ensuring your satisfaction with every order. If you're not fully satisfied with a product purchased on Beautobe.com, you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in new or gently used condition, unless otherwise stated (e.g. intimate care, final sale, or promotional bundles).

  • Important: Once a product has been used to unlock a salon service (i.e., once a QR code for a salon discount is issued), the product becomes FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance.

  • Items that have been used to unlock a Beautobe salon service (i.e., QR code for salon discount issued)
  • Items marked as non-returnable, final sale, or part of a promotional bundle on the product page
  • Intimate care and personal hygiene products
  • Gift cards and trial/sample kits
  • Items without valid proof of purchase (order ID or receipt)

To start a return, please:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days after receipt for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is complete.

  • Note: If you paid using Klarna or Afterpay, your refund will be processed to your account with the payment provider. Any questions regarding installment adjustments should be directed to Klarna or Afterpay support.

Beautobe does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your eligible product for a refund or Beautobe Store Credit, then place a new order. Store Credit is available immediately after your return is processed and can be used on any future purchase at Beautobe.com.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution. Beautobe may request additional documentation to verify your claim.

If you use a product purchase to unlock a Beautobe salon service (i.e., a QR code for a salon discount is issued), the product is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded. This policy prevents misuse and ensures fairness for all customers.

  • Gift returns are eligible for Beautobe Store Credit only and must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • The gift recipient must provide the order number or packing slip as proof of purchase.
  • Refunds to the original purchaser are not available for gift returns.
