You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in new or gently used condition, unless otherwise stated (e.g. intimate care, final sale, or promotional bundles). Important: Once a product has been used to unlock a salon service (i.e., once a QR code for a salon discount is issued), the product becomes FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance.

To initiate a return:

Beautobe currently does not offer direct exchanges. You can return an eligible item and place a new order. If you choose Beautobe Store Credit instead of a direct refund, the credit will be available immediately after return approval and can be used on Beautobe.com.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing items:

If you redeem a salon discount using the QR code linked to your product purchase, that product automatically becomes ineligible for return or refund. This system is designed to prevent misuse of the product-to-service benefit. The issuance of a QR code for salon redemption represents full consumption of value and is automatically tracked in your Beautobe account.

If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it:

  • We can issue Beautobe Store Credit if return is requested within 30 days and the item is unused.:
